Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you shift your practices and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  As your Health and Wellness Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of overwhelming wellness advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.  My coaching methods are person-centered, and I help support and motivate you with a holistic approach that improves the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects your life. 

As coaching involves personal accountability and responsibility, I do encourage a minimum of 3 sessions to better ensure a lasting sense of mastery of the new skills and practices involved.
