I specialize in the treatment of a variety of mental, emotional, behavioural and physical issues, including working with anxiety, stress, grief and loss. I work with individuals, couples as well as do group therapy. Clients come to see me for support around trauma resolution, career change and/or career issues, relationships, family and identity issues. I bring special expertise in areas such as health and wellness, chronic issues, trauma and personal development.
There are times when we feel like we may need some guidance or mentoring from a professional. There is tremendous value in talking through your ideas, problems and feelings with a counsellor or coach who has the experience, training, expertise and wisdom to understand what you are going through, and help you create a plan to steer your life in the right direction.
As your guide, my mission is to help you improve your overall well-being. My clients emerge from our counselling/coaching sessions feeling stronger, empowered and self-aware.
I work with clients to co-create an atmosphere of trust, openness and honesty. One of the fundamental tasks of therapy is to develop the type of environment in which the client is able to share those vulnerable parts of him/herself that are typically guarded or not exposed. Choosing the right coach or counsellor is an important decision, and as such, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit.
